Description: Assist in all office operations. This includes, but is not limited to:

1) answering phone calls and e-mails.
2) updating the website, handling new customers.
3) creating and compiling expense spreadsheets.
4) scheduling appointments, communicating with the cleaning crew supervisor.
5) performing Internet research, weekly logging of payroll, and compiling of receipts.
Job Requirements:

* Office assistant should have knowledge of computer programs dealing with spreadsheets, word processing, and database management. 

* Assistants are expected to be highly capable of typing, and especially proficient in spelling, punctuation, and other English skills.

* Good customer service and interpersonal skills are needed, along with good judgment, managerial or organizing abilities, inventiveness, and the capability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

* Assistants should also have an above-average interest in working with people, telephone and computer systems, be dependable and cooperative, and maintain a pleasant, professional attitude with customers and co-workers. All D.F.F. employees must undergo and pass a background check and bring appropriate evidence during their allotted interview.
Compensation and benefits:  Hourly or Salary; to be determined.
Paid Vacation and Sick days after 3 months.
Monthly bonus based on sales and performance.

Description: Performs any combination of the following duties:

1) Vacuuming/mopping, scrubbing of floors.

2) Dusting, window washing, sanitizing, cleaning of bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, etc.

3) Appliance cleaning, dish washing, laundry, and more.
Job Requirements:

* Must be able to clean efficiently and effectively. (Experienced Cleaners are a plus)

* Cleaners should be able to spend most of their time on their feet and lift/carry own supplies and vacuums.

* Need to be able to work well as a team as well as individually.

* Cleaners also must report to the supervisor and be respectful and responsible.

* Must be able to work between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30PM during the week.

* Must be accommodating to our customers needs.

* All D.F.F. employees must undergo and pass a background check and bring appropriate evidence during their allotted interview.

Description: On top of the regular cleaner duties (read above), supervisors must:

1) Delegate tasks to the rest of the cleaners and perform a walk-through of the space before and after the cleaning is completed.

2) Supervisors manage the customer relationship and deal with payment methods after each service.

3) Must stay in direct contact with the office and notify them upon arrival, completion, and departure of each cleaning.

4) Supervisors must have cleaning experience;  be a great team leader and great customer service skills.

5) Must be able to drive if needed.
Job Requirements:

* Hard-working individual who can cope well with stress and delegate tasks efficiently.

* Must have excellent communication skills with the cleaning crew as well as the office employees and customers.

* Needs to be flexible, a good listener, follow and give directions well, respectful, and dependable.

Description: Safely transport the cleaning crew and supplies to the necessary houses or offices. Must communicate well with the cleaning and office crew.
Job Requirements:

* Must be eligible to operate an automobile in the state of Pennsylvania.

* Must have a valid license for at least two years.

* Should have a fairly high level of familiarity of the Philadelphia area.

* Must be able to navigate well and follow written, verbal, or GPS directions.

* Needs to be flexible, dependable, and safe. (Must be able to drive his/ her own transportation as well as company 's transportation).
